With an ever expanding kit to accommodate our evolving ideas, 3 piers is providing unrivalled range and choice for customers on the coast. Starting with a mash tun, kettle, and three fermenters, Mike offers an impressive 12 core beers, with 4 speciality beers to burst onto the British brew-scene with. Add to that seasonal brews, there’s always something new on the drinking agenda.
Racked off straight from cask to fermenter; preserving all the goodness of cask conditioning, nothing is used to compromise the quality or condition of the beer within the brewery process. Carefully selected grains and hops are used to craft British, American and European influenced blends and flavours into a mouth-watering menu of brilliant beers. So from mashing to bottling; the greatest attention to detail, quality ingredients and inspired flavours are poured into every section of the process that is the creation of each 3 piers beer. We believe in hoppy hues, real recipes and original flavour, and since dry hopping is not within the 3 piers’ ethos; you also won’t find any sterile tasting beers here!
